Daniela Schweinsberg is a Frankfurt-based contemporary artist. Her large-scale abstract paintings are raw, gestural and physical, at times uncompromising. Powerful gestures meet quieter passages, soft areas meet hard lines, spontaneous splashes meet deliberate marks. Traces of the creative process remain visible; breaks and contradictions are not smoothed over. Working intuitively and experimentally, she explores contrast as a source of tension and a form of beauty that develops its own character through imperfection. Her paintings bring together personal observations, moods and broader social questions, without offering fixed interpretations. The titles provide clues, but no answers.

Through their physical presence and distinctive character, the works invite viewers to look beyond the purely aesthetic and develop an ongoing relationship with them. To see how her paintings interact with different spaces, visit Client Homes.
